Chaim Katzman girds for battle over Norstar







Final week Norstar controlling shareholder Chaim Katzman signed a cooperation settlement with creating contractor Yitzhak Sela, who holds a 5% stake in Norstar, which offers Katzman electrical power of lawyer to vote on behalf of his shares. Katzman is deputy chairman of Norstar and CEO of Gazit-World. Katzman himself has a 28.1% controlling stake in Norstar just after promoting some of his holdings to actual estate business Israel Canada (TASE: ISCN), managed by Assaf Tuchmeir and Barak Rosen.
